Tokyo ― Terumo Corporation (TSE: 4543 Section 1) today announced that in the meeting of the board of directors held on April 24, 2014, it was decided to select a person below as a new candidate for independent director of the company. The new appointment will be confirmed at the annual general meeting of shareholders on June 24, 2014.
